Friends of the Highline contracted Timbur to help with 5-axis machining of an extremely complex and organic sculptural form for internationally acclaimed artist and sculptor Marguerite Humeau. For this project we had to play a role as a member of a much larger team. While we were tasked with breaking down the form, sourcing the material and machining the components we had to coordinate closely with the armature fabricator and hard coat vendor. Clear communication and fluent drawing exchange were most important here.
