Cladding Concepts International was looking for a regional manufacturing partner for the production of custom machined facade panels based on field specific measurements. The material for this job, Fundermax, is manufactured in Austria and comes in large unconventional sheet sizes. We were able to machine these oversized sheets on the 6’x12’ bed of our large format 3-axis CNC machine based on exact measurements taken in the field by the facade contractor.

10mm x 72” x 156” phenolic Fundermax panels 3-axis CNC machined to size with 8mm and 10mm bored holes and a 45 degree beveled edge.
